TrueMarket does not intend to sell your name, email address, telephone number, payment information, saved searches, favorites, or investment preferences to data brokers or unrelated third parties.

Certain privacy laws may define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly than an exchange for money. For example, some advertising or analytics technologies may be treated as a sale or sharing under applicable law even when no money is exchanged.

  • Delivered
  • Opened
  • Clicked
  • Associated with an error or failed delivery

We may use this information to improve communication and Platform performance.

19. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting.

Because there is not a universally accepted standard governing how websites should respond to these signals, TrueMarket may not respond to all browser-based Do Not Track signals.
